I have a 2.5 inch level on my 05 Fx4, I wanna throw on 18x9 fuel hostages with +1 offset paired with 295/70/18 Terra Grapplers on them, will these fit without rubbing?

Or -12 offset, and does anybody have any side shots of either +1 or -12 offset so I can see how far it sticks out past my fenders?
