I have tried several unsuccessfull attempts at contacting Retrax through email. I need to purchase a couple of their aluminum clamps. When I bought My truck (2) of the clamps were missing. I just noticed it this weekend when I was detailing it and the cover was loose? 
Below is the brackets I need, Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase a couple of these? They do not list them on their website?

I once called them as my Retrax didn't come with a key (PO lost it lol) they said they can make one, but with shipping to Canada turned out to $95. Made a key locally from a locksmith for half the cost. But a part like this if you call sure they will send out at a cost that we can afford. If you need the # let me know.
