Default Replacement Rear Shocks

Im getting ready to replace my rear shocks. Im not sure if the shocks are different between 4x4 and 2wd but i have a 2wd with the OEM rear block from a 4x4. My question is whether or not i should get shocks that fit a 4x4 or 2wd.

you could always get the bilstein leveling ones, that way you can crank em 2" up in the front and level your truck out.

Already have blocks up front. Now I have a little rake. A 3in block would level it out but I hears it bad for the front end components so I might just go with 2.5in block instead

I tried to purchase the 5100s for my rear and had to go with a regular bilstein because they didnt offer the 5100s for the rear. Just the front. I would go with bilstein brand. I have them on the rear and a 2.5 in level in the front. They work wonderfully.

they are both 5100 series shocks...just state front or rear...fronts are adjustable from 0-2.5 inches and the read are not adjustable.
