Replacement for factory subwoofer

I have a 04 F-150 With the factory subwoofer long story short it finally crapped out. I am curious if anyone has successfully replaced it with an aftermarket sub.

Best thing I’ve done when I had mine was put a single 10 under the rear drivers side seat. I still have the box I used under the seat. It sounded great
