(2007 F150 2wd Supercrew)I know this may not be the case for all. I had a front end squeak from the drivers side develop and drive me crazy for a week. Decided to research it and most google searches and forum searches pointed to upper or lower ball joints. I decided to get out the can of PB Blaster silicone spray and after hitting every moving part it was still there, UNTIL I sprayed the sway bar bushing!!!!! Problem solved. Hope this helps someone.

Exact same thing happened on my Ford Fusion and my nextdoor neighbours civic. We used grease injector needles to resolve it. My fusion sounded like something was going to fall off hahaha.
