You are certain there are no other vacuum leaks...
- both check valves are OK
- no leaks in the vacuum lines
- the vacuum reservoir is not cracked, etc.
This really sounds like a vacuum issue

I checked everything and I even sealed the vac box with silacone on the whole seam so so theres no chance of it leaking...the noise stopped so I hope im done with looking fo more problems with this vac system thanks again everyone
