I spent the extra time to solder everything in instead of using t-taps and splice connectors which most shops are going to use to get you in and out.
I'm guessing that's just the remote start unit without the alarm? Because when I installed mine it was significantly a lot more wiring since I had the alarm. I btw did y'all get snow on Christmas? I saw cars with snow on them on my way from belton to San Antonio. Lol

Not sure about that particular model but I have the python 5704 and it works flawlessly. Did the install myself also. I used the DBALL. Less cut and splicing. Must have the proper adapter to update the firmware though.

Yeah its remote start only, no alarm function. We did get snow here on Christmas, it was kinda nuts.

I ended up getting an Avital 4103 (no alarm) installed by a local high end radio shop. I like it a lot. I just need to remember to turn the heat all the way to Hot and blower up! It is so nice to have a warm truck early in the morning, especially when I load up my son to take him to daycare. Well worth the money spent.
