tail lights / 3rd brake light
stereo
tuner
headlights
level/wheels
in that order as time/money/needs permit.

To complete the comments, I would avoid the Recon 3rd light. The bed lights are much darker than the factory lights and I've had to stock a flashlight to see what's in my bed.

Personally, I think my recon led lights on my third brake light are brighter than stock. But they definitely look way nicer!
