That truck has a 6.5' bed, not a long bed.

You do not own a long bed. It's simply a 6.5 ft bed vs the 5.5 in a Supercrew.
2- those ARE FX4 wheels. That was a style Ford used for a short time (I believe only in 04). I've seen numerous 04 FX4's with those style wheels. Never an XLT.

Ive seen those rims on alot of fx4's in my area, and thats looks like a 6.5 ft bed. Id change plugs and all fluids, anti freeze, tranny, front and rear differential. Nice truck!

It's about time someone gives this guy a decent greeting! I agree, take care of all the fluids. Oil, transfer case, front/rear differential. I probably would wait until around 160,000km for the transmission unless you plan on towing/hauling a lot of stuff. But definitely do the plugs. Purchase the tool and check the DIY guide. I'm waiting for my Lisle tool to come in so I can save myself some money.

Yeah, welcome to the forum. It looks like a good one. Don't let people scare you about the plugs. If you're a diy'er research and you'll be fine, or find a trustworthy mechanic. It shouldn't cost you more than $350 to have your plugs done. Buy some accel coils from amazon and there shouldn't be much else to worry about.
Maybe the fuel pump module is worth checking but that's about it.

Welcome. Just to help clarify, those are 2004 FX4 rims. I also have a 2004 FX4, with those exact rims.

I would reccomend some DIY projects first before taking it in anywhere. I am the furthest guy possible from being mechanically inclined, and these suggestions are things I was able to do with great ease. First I would use some paint for plastics and paint any trim, wiper cowl that has faded over the years (very simple process). Next I would clean your MAF sensor and your throttle body. Next I would clean all your contact points for your power window switches. Next I would replace the light bulb in your centre console under your gear shifter. Finally I would try that gas pedal reset mod (sorry I can't remember the name for it). All these are VERY EASY to do. All these have right ups explaining how to do them on this very site. As far as trying the plug change yourself, it seems to be hit or miss. I tried everything everyone suggested on here with a friend (who happens to be a licensed mechanic) to remove my plugs and 7/8 broke. 1 even broke at the metal threads, not the white part. We had the Lisle tool and it helped quite a bit, but it was still an 8 hour job. I know some people have had no trouble at all changing their plugs, that was just my experience. The best place to start anything with your new truck is the how to section in this forum. Great advice by knowledgeable experienced Ford truck owners. Good luck.
