did you measure the new blocks or compare them next to each other? Sounds more likely that you have a 2" block on one side and a 1.25" on the other side.

Both blocks were identical. I even thought maybe I installed 1 block backwards. The slope to both blocks is to the front.

riawsha, run like hell from that alignment shop that wants to straighten your frame
Dogtrack they call it
patterson, .43 is quite a bit
needsmoarturbo is correct in loosening the u bolts and shifting the rear axle to try to fix it
That is the only fix, the slop in the leaf spring pin to housing dimension
Hopefully yours will be able to be moved in the correct direction
I used to use a Come Along and just pull the axle to where I wanted it
With the rear alignment heads on the truck of course
I never saw many truck thrust angles that were within .1 like Ford wanted
I had good success as there is about 1/8 of play in that pin to housing hole
A positive angle means the thrust line is off to the right meaning you need to pull the right side of the axle forward
Or pull the right side of the axle rearward (harder) with a com-a-long
Good luck
