Hi guys, I have been doing reading and through the forums for certain seats folding and not folding down. I have a 2004 lariat (crew cab). I know there is the lever---> next to the seat to release up. are there any so I can make it come down. I'm trying to put on seat covers and it won't fit in the small space behind the seat to fit correctly. let me know what y'all think!!

The bottom only folds up like you have it. The back rest is solid mounted and does not move unless it is removed entirely

do you have any ideas/suggestions on how to get the cover around it. won't come down on the sides. the cover it is. it gets stuck half way down

If the cover wraps completely around the back, you may have to remove the back rest part of the seat and install it and put it back on

Just covering the front. there is no room so wrap around because it's so tight to side
