Default Rear floor mat confusion

I just purchased an 08 King Ranch. I want to keep the rear seat looking as good as possible, with as little work as possible. I plan to keep my seats folded up and just put everything on the floor. I've spent a couple hours scouring the interweb and have found Weathertech style mats that cover only the exposed floor when the seat is in the down position. I would really like to get something that is contoured and all weather that completely covers the floor with the seats up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've never seen a product that covers the area under the seat. You may want to contact Weathertech directly to see if they have, or are considering to manufacture a mat that will do what you want.

The leather seats used in our Fords have a protective coating on the leather; you'll notice this if you apply a leather protectant; it does not "soak" into the leather, but rather stays on the surface, and eventually requires constant re-application to keep that glossy type look. Nothing wrong with this, just good to know if you ever wondered why the gloss goes away after a few times of seat use.

Rough Country makes what I am looking for, but it is for 2009-2011. Would that fit my truck? I know, if it would fit they would say so. But I've looked at pictures of both and they appear the same. Thoughts?

If they say it’s for 09-11 then probably not !

And a quick call to Rough Country's customer service would solve this question of fit.

Oh, I meant to mention, my '07 Lariat takes these mats perfectly.

Bumps up against the mounting point for the jack on one side and then covers the entire floor (under the seat too) on the other side. You can even cut it to fit the subwoofer if you have an audiophile system.

The front bits actually go under the front seat rails to make sure it covers the entire rear floor.

so does mine I wouldn't get another truck but for a raw hide King Ranch. As for floor mats there's not much you can do besides weathertechs / husky. And for calling weathertech for the floor liner covering the entire floor? I called and asked for a floor liner for the back seats of my 2003 SuperCrew ( With the duel bucket seats and console ) and they said they would.. For $50,000 so I settled with the all weather mats..
