Default rear end

Help. Owners manual says use 75w-90. But there is a tag on there that reads 75w-140. I need to add some and dont know wich one to use. 2004

I used Royal Purple 75w140 i do beleive
Also be sure to add friction modifer if you have a limited slip rear end.... Some high end oils already have it added... Royal purple does.. but i added extra
