I am about to do a fluid change on a 2005 with the 10.25 Ring Gear and I want to replace the rusted cover and bolts. I have the part number for the cover E5TZ-4033-A but need help figuring out what bolts to order.

Can't you get away with just hitting the heads with a buffing wheel? I wouldn't think the threads or shank would be rusted.

Possibly, but since I'm replacing the cover I figured why not replace the bolts at the same time. Make it all clean and neat.

one at the top shouldn't matter that sealant is pretty tough stuff .
