Angry Random Inconsistent idle RPM's

2007 F150 5.4 Flex 4WD with 187K. Runs great with no CEL. At a stop, truck will idle sometimes at 750 RPM's (Seems high) and other times @ 550-600RPM's which is more in line. Removed and cleaned TB, new Fuel filter, complete tune up including MC plugs and coils, cleaned MAF. Thanks for any input.

did you do a throttle relearn after the work was done?

how many oil changes have you done since purchasing it, and what oil are you using?

do you have ability to check/monitor fuel psi ?

@laterongc Thanks for the reply. I did not do a Throttle relearn after removing and cleaning the TB. I did do the standard relearn after I disconnected the battery though. Bought the truck last year and the oil changes were done @ 4-5K intervals. I did one when I purchased the truck and then another after @ 1K miles (had to replace the oil filter adapter gasket) I am using Valvoline Full Synthetic 5W30. The last oil change was done @ 1 week ago. Lastly I do not have ability to check fuel PSI. Truck does run very well - no misses or backfires. No oil consumed and no leaks (now)

Default Still having idle issues

Hello all. Its been a while but just got back to my truck. I did the throttle relearn, replaced the FPDM, TPS, checked the hoses for leaks, and did the relearn after all of this. Any additional ideas to look for? It still has an inconsistent idle but never stalls and runs well. I also did the pedal relearn as well./ Thanks in advance for any additional input.
