Default Rancho Quick Lift Coilover Shock Absorber--Good or Bad???

well i put a 3 in skyjacker lift in my 04 f150, bad idea. upper ball joints goin like crazy, and i wanna get a quick fix but keep the front end level without having to buy new struts and the leveling kit. has anyone bought and installed the rancho quicklift? seems logical to be because my coils are gettin shot too, due to the fact my upper ball joints are at a ridiculous angle downward due to the poor design of the lift. HELP ASAP!!!

Yea, I'm runnin the RS9000xl QuickLifts in the front. Awesome. However, even though the picture shows it with a coil, you actually transfer your old coil onto this new strut. I went ahead and bout some coils from the dealer ($75 or so for Code U Fx4 Coil, even though I have a 2wd XLT). Had them on for 30-40k now and they are awesome still. get an AAL for the rear and you'll be lovin the truck again.
