Hey guys got an 08 fx2 w standard CD player...I have an 07 edge and have the factory upgrade nav touchscreen radio in it....read it was compatible but can't seem to get ir... truck radio works in truck and 07 edge but 07 edge radio only works in that not truck....when I Install into truck it will power on and 3 seconds or so I to it it turns off....its like it doesnt have enough power.....I can hold power button and it'll turn on to power ford logo screen but when I let go it shuts down


Any ideas..I'm trying to use this instead of buying a new player I like the 6 disc changer in it

Sounds like you dont have wires hooked up properly, or a short in the system.
