If you are going to buy a box and then modify it to fit.... Why wouldn't you just buy some mdf and build one??? If you got the tools to modify it, you should be able to build it and make it fit exactly the way you want.

I put a dual 10" box in my 04 (pics attached). I got from supercrew sound...I had to relocate the jack to the bed. http://www.supercrewsound.com/F-150-SuperCrew.html

I'm in Canada too... Shipping does suck. I'm lucky enough to be close to the border and ship stuff (that would usually cost a lot) to a place just over the border and get free shipping.. But when it comes to sub boxes, there's no way I would pay over $100 for a piece of mdf. Just build it if you are half decent with tools. Get your girl involved and she can help you with the carpet to make it look decent and you're good to go.

Just don't to spend the time lol... Looks like I'm pooched either way. I've spent lots of time building sub boxes for my mustangs back in younger years... Can't get motivated. Oh well, guess ill suck it up and build.
