Anyone who has a moon roof on their truck, would you mind doing me a favor checking the portion/strip of metal where the front of the moon roof glass closes against? It hangs down like a lip, right above the channel that funnels the water to the drain holes. Are yours rusted and flaking as well like mine? I can send a pic if needed hahah. But I'm not looking to cut it out or have it fixed (pricey) on this 12 year old truck. Just curious if anyone else has this.

I don't have rust in that area of my truck. I go in there and make sure it is cleaned out and clean all the areas around the roof as well where the moonroof touches. I do have just in the cab corners of where the drain goes though. Have to love ford and the way they design things...

Lucky me for not having the cab corner rust, and lucky you for not having roof rust. Sucks man . That's what we get for owning a 12 year old truck I guess

I don't have rust there. But then again, I also live in west TX

I have an 04 i think theres some rust in it and water getting in truck when it rains on the passengers side of sunroof any fix for this?
