Default Problem with my windshield washer pumping

Guys,
I'm having a problem with the windshield washer pumping on my '06 Lariat. I've chased all the lines and they're connected and there are no blockage. I've replaced the pump twice, first with a parts store pump and then with a Motorcraft pump hoping to improve it but it didn't, and I've replaced the nozzles with new ones. The system works but the spray is weak, it barely gets half up the windshield. It sorta-kinda works because it does get on the windshield and then the wipers spread it around but it still sucks. I'm thinking of trying to turbocharge the system with a pump from a newer model because the pump on my '20 F150 kicks ***. Has anyone used a higher pressure pump to improve the WSW pressure?

how did you determine no blockage/restriction in the lines?

I would check for any blockage in one of the lines with some compressed air to be sure & make sure you do not have a pinched or kinked line restricting the flow.

I second that
Try blowing shop air backwards through the nozzles

I have cleared the lines with air and replaced the nozzle and inspected the lines. It is absolutely not a line/nozzle problem. I just think the specs of the washer pump for 2006 is just not as good as current pumps. As I said, my '20 pump works like a banshee, spraying the entire windshield with water like my '06 never has. I just think the specs for the '06 pumps are not as good maybe or maybe the nozzle orifices are smaller meaning the pressure of the spray is better, like putting your thumb over the hose. I'm just wondering if anyone has found a hack to make the '06 wsw sprayer work better, like using a different year pump or nozzles?

When I purchased the OEM pump it came with a new one of those, so yes. I think I'm going to try to see if I can adapt a newer model pump and nozzles to the '06 system and see if that improves the pumping.

Looks like 2006 used two pumps, an early and late. The late one was used through 2011, they appear to have had the same wiring connector. The late ones like your 2020 use a different wiring connector. If you decide to go that new and you need help I can get the pump and the correct pigtail for it.

thanks Steve. Can you tell me if the specs for these two different pumps show a difference in pressure? Does the modern pump show a difference in WSW pressure from the '06? If not, what explains the relatively weak spray of my '06, even when it was new when compared to the strong spray of my '20? Would love your help and assistance in getting my '06 WSW to really kick ***.

Sadly Ford doesn't publish that kind of thing. If you shoot me the last eight digits of your VIN I can tell you which version of the 2006 pump you have, early or late.
