Preamp (RCA) Outputs on stock audio systems?
Does my '07 F-150 come with stock preamp (RCA) outputs? What's the easiest way to hook up an amplifier (generating about 300 watts RMS)?

No RCA outputs on the stock radios. Your best bet is an aftermarket head unit.
I'd also suggest you post this question on the "stereo/audio" section of this forum.
It may have been already answered there as well.

I have a PIE interface that will work well. Becareful with "cheap" Aux-ins I have seen more than a few burn out and damage things.
This PIE module plugs into the back of the factory radio. If you are interested PM me and I'll sell you mine. Never used it.
