I think there are quite a few for sale on eBay, there are usually different editions / books for different systems. Some sellers sell them in complete sets.

I lost power to my mirror switch a year ago. I finally worked up the ambition to have a look into the problem but I got lazy and just jumped a hot wire from my power windows. Mirrors work great now
