Default Power Fold Mirrors on the 04-08?

How do I tell if my 05 Lariat has the power folding mirrors function? My **** has that arrow but when I pull it back in center position nothing happens. I checked the 10a fuse but it wasn't blown (I did however drop it into the hole next to the frame inside the cab -_-. Will be replacing it.) I read somewhere that "power fold" should be etched in the mirror if it's powered?

Are you referring to the mirror **** ? Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe if you have the option for power folding then there would be a power cable once you take the OEM mirrors off.

Wait, I may have not seen the correct thing here. On the switch, will it say "power fold" or something like that with an actual arrow pointing up and down? Because if so then I'm just completely dumb

Does it matter if I don't replace that 10a fuse though?

It will say Power Fold on the mirrors themselves.

Ohhhhh okay perfect thank you. I googled it but I couldn't find pics. Perfect. In this case I don't have it then. I might as well not replace that fuse then since I don't have DVD either

Default Question about the folding mirrors

[QUOTE=650NutKase;5184063]Im not at the truck at the moment, but here are the google pics of what you will see if you have the Power Fold option.[/

how can I know if I have the power fold option
I originally have the turn signal power mirrors but wanna upgrade to the folding ones
would I need to buy wiring for it or can I just buy the mirrors and they’ll work as in folding ?
