But what I followed sas heat oven to 250. Turn it off and place headlight on cardboard on oven rack. Leave for 10 minutes and then start prying. Can turn oven back to 250 to heat it back up (DONT LEAVE CARDBOARD IN) and put the other light in to warm up while you work.
I bought RTV clear sealant. Walmart for $350 for a squeeze tube. Found by the paint iirc. 1 works but buy 2 just in case.
The picture below were the prodcuts all bought from walmart. Mind you that screw driver kit was only 10 bucks. So I just bought that instead of the single #10 Torx (which didnt see just that anyways)
*edit* Here's the info i followed.
I read some people had a ton of issues getting the lens off and some had no problem at all. Theory being some were glued better or differently than others while some think it was technique.
I'm going with the former because I had one lense come off pretty smoothly after 2nd time in oven. The channel the lense sits in, the sealent came out pretty easily too. the other light took 4 times to get off and was a BEAST to get off. That one also took twice as long to get the left over sealent off. So don't think you are doing it wrong if its hard going, just some lights were sealed better, with a little different product, or done differently the next one making some more difficult than others.

This way seems pretty easy (as far as the oven). The fact you turn the oven off and just let the ambient heat of it warm them up helps. Just set a timer. I was pulling mine out around 8 minutes to be safe. Worked pretty good. Prying the lens off is a different story. Wife helped me.

never mind I found it. And after looking at your build thread, you have the wrong interior. Post those pics when you do the lift. Mine is 2WD also and needs some attitude. I just got this truck from a long time friend,I went with him in 04 when he bought it. Only has 34,000 miles.
