Default Popping sound

I have a problem when I'm backing out and turning or turning and going over a bump I'm getting this LOUD popping sound from somewhere in the rear. It doesn't do it when I'm go straight seem to happen only while turning or going over something. Anybody have this issue and what have you found to solve it? I have already greased the driveshaft splines to see if that was it but it didn't help.

Are you sure its coming from the rear?

Sounds like it could be your sway bar bushing.

I have a 2WD and when I had a popping sound when turning it was a front wheel bearing.

4wd with Rize 8in lift and 37s. Definitely sound like it's coming from the rear though

Did you re-tighten all nuts and bolts on the lift after several hundred ?

THis post is crazy as i am having the same issue on my 06 F150 with 7" Fabtec lift and 35" tires.. only pops when turning hard and usually on some sort of unlevel surface and is most diffidently coming from the rear. i have check U-joints drive shaft shocks u bolts and still nothing will not do it going straight i only notice it when backing..

Did you check the bolts that hold your rear shocks on ? Mine started a non-stop popping sound and it was on the driver side rear shock where it bolts at the top, the nut was a hair loose so I tightened it and the popping stopped
