Looking at new tires, just interested to see who uses what or had experience to share.

How does install work if you order from tirerack.com?
Nevermind, went and looked. So you can save $$$ up front but then you have to pay someone else to put em on unless you can do it yourself. Must work cause they're still in business. I got my last 3 sets of tires from the Discount Tire that's 3 min from the house. They were awesome and hooked me up really good the first couple times, didn't get any breaks or discounts on the 35's, not even on the replacement warranties.

Honestly, I voted for BFG but I purchased Goodyears in the exact size. It really came down to reviews on Tirerack and tons and tons of people have the Duratracs and the new KO2's were never tested which is why I went with Duras. I love the look of the BFG a lot more and I know the tried and true KO's are great. Do yourself a favour and get the KO2's

Interesting you should say that as I said the same about BFG some time ago. They went through a period of bad AT tires that had cord separation issues and would not come good to tire owners.
Up to that point I loved them. That being said I have come back around as they have rebuilt their reputation.
BFG AT are some of the best tires I have ever had for all around performance.
However I am currently running the Goodyear Dura Trac in the size you are looking at and I am extremely happy with them in all conditions. I recently hauled my TT out to camp and had to back in across the same sand that others had got stuck in earlier. Not only did I make it but I had to almost jack knife it and go through a small washout ditch to get it into my spot and still managed not to get stuck. Impressive even more so in the winter in deep snow, hard packed and ice.
I would rank them very equally and you will not go wrong with either tire.
