How long have u had urs replace and is it still gone?

I did one last week on Thursday. All I could afford. So far no tick, despite taking it mudding and raw hiding the **** out of it, it still don't tick. There is a slight tick on the passenger side, but I didn't replace the passenger side, and before it was clear one side was worse then the other, and that is the side I replaced, I can actually go to a drive thru without turning my truck off... besides my pipes being loud, the truck sounds way better.

Well I still have factory exhaust so I hear it full fledge!

I just installed mine on Friday. I will definitely post if the tick returns so people don't waste the $ on these just to find out that a week later that it comes back. I talked to the tech I know and he indicated that when they do the phaser replacement they will replace these as "part of the process" so lets see how just part 1 of 2 pans out as far as a solution. So far it's quiet as ever though. I'm running 0-20 Mobil 1 also.

NOTE* The 0-20 alone didn't do anything as far as quieting it down. I've been running it for 3 changes now.

I might just change the passenger side to see if it helps seeing as how that seems to be the worst side.

Called my dealership today for the parts and they wanted 335 a piece. I live in Alberta Canada. Anybody know where I can get them cheaper?

So has anyone taken the snap ring out of the bottom and looked at the inner workings? I'm swapping mine out tonight.

Cannot find it on this site...And I've searched other sites and cannot find the part but any name. My dealer wants $150 for each side with rings.
