I run a k&n and it runs fine. No missing or bogging or any issues.

Have you had a dead battery lately or had the cables off? These trucks do funky things if the voltage is off. My guess would be the Fuel module though.

Thanks for the help guys. I just got back into town and plugged up the DTC reader and got the following code that I missed before. It says "P2197 O2 Sensor signal stuck lean bank 2 sensor 1."

What does this mean and does it also explain why I'm running lean?

Possible culprits?

Intake leak on that side, bad O2 sensor, but I doubt plugs, COPs of the MAF are causing that indication on one side of the system.

If it were the MAF I'd expect it on both sides, and if it was a COP or plug I'd be expecting a misfire and/or rich condition, not lean.
I think you may have hit the nail on the head with the bad O2 Sensor. To correct my OP, it is lean on bank 1&2 in addition to the newly found 02 DTC I got today

before replacing them, check the harness and make sure there's no corrosion at the connectors in the harness.
