Same one I got.
How much are they now? I bought mine 2 years ago for roughly $350.

Note: Be careful with that cone. It will fall off when you jump some ramps.

do those really make a big difference in mpg or is just for performance

Using the search will answer your questions on MPG and/or performance.

On their own, no big improvement in either catagory. Combined with an exhaust and tuner and you'll see gains in both catagories.

As to the cone coming off when "jumping ramps", what are you talking about?!?

I did have a problem with my cone slipping down. I would tighten the clamps, added a second, but still the cone would sag, then vibrate as it rubbed against it's shield. I fixed it by installing a larger (longer) rubber piece that clamps to the hose and filter cone, allowing double clamps on each side.

i have to tighten mine every oil change. i dont do any rough driving though. hasnt been a problem
