Default Pick up some more Plasti-Dip:badges and rear emblem!

So I ran by Home-Depot and grabbed two cans of Plasti-Dip today. Figured I'd do my badges and tailgate emblem. Here's the result. Took 30 minutes max. Extremely easy!

Besides making sure the area you want to do is clean is there any prep work you have to do or can you just clean the area and spray it on?

I wiped it off with a wet rag, dried it with a different rag, and sprayed. Besides taping stuff off, which isn't necessary, you don't have to do much. It's possibly the one of the coolest things ever!

Looks nice!

I did my entire truck today. Gonna throw some matte red plasti dip too just haven't decided what I'm gonna do with it.. either rocker panels and grille or maybe racing stripes.. idk. Lol

Are rocker panels the 2 tone bottom stripe? If so, red would look sweet on an all black plasti dipped truck! I wouldn't do racing stripes, just because it makes it look like one of those low riding trucks, but hey, it's your truck! Do what you think would be cool!

And if you do go for the red stuff, (grille, 2 tone) do your mirror caps red too! And flares or something. Just some ideas!

Yea that's what the rocker panel is. But yea I'm not 100% sure what exactly I'm gonna do yet so I'm trying to brainstorm lol.
