Phasers?

Is this the knock of the cam phaser issue? How serious is this? Truck has power & pulls better than my 3/4ton dodge with 5.7
Kind of annoying listening to it however.

Nothing's certain. Its hard to diagnose via Internet video.
That said, I bet my left nut it's phasers AND the related timing gear.
With some experience in this, I'd guess you have bad phasers and bad chain tensioners. If those are bad, I recommend changing VCT solenoids, tensioners, phasers, chains, chain guides, and tensioner arms.
I tried doing one at a time. They all go together. Just do them all and be done with it. It's a difficult but doable DIY.
