Question Passenger door doesn't lock from outside!!!!

Alright guys I have a 2006 F-150 v8 4.6 Texas Edition....I opened my door took it apart and followed this video [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drKYkAEldZQ....I put everything together and presto my switch work moves up and down but NOW my door completely doesn't lock on the outside of the truck...anyone have a solution on what I did wrong?

I will have to go look but I don't think my truck even has a keyhole on any door other than the drivers. I guess I'm confused a little by your question.

Wait maybe I understand now. The door when locked still opens from the outside?

yes you are correct...it still opens from the outside :/ I replaced my actuator and the lock moves up and down inside but now my door doesn't lock on the outside of my door

I get what you are saying...
The outside door handle does not lock when the inside is locked. you must of knocked off a lever inside the door that ties the 2 together.
