Parts list?
Still can't figure out what is going on with my 04 5.4 screw(ed). So I'm just going to change every thing!
Anybody used the locked VCT gears?
I need a parts list to change VCT's, tensioners and guides and also the solenoids. Know where I can get this?
I think the cams and lifters are good as there is no noise coming from the valve train normally, just when I slow to an idle intermittently and the timing retards too much. The truck runs normally at all other times. It does seem to happen more often when in reverse than in Fwd.
