Make sure to check check and recheck your timing.. you dont want to have to take it all back apart again! Took me close to 20 hours to do it my first time. thankfully it all worked out the first time! also dont forget to put silicone where the heads, valve covers and timing cover meet. It will leak if you dont! good luck hope this helps!

**UPDATE**....started on it this evening...too many other projects going on and shop space at a premium....anyway, got it taken apart...gotta say, Ford DOES NOT want anyone taking the valve covers off....lol...those took the biggest chunk of time....anyway, got the timing cove off (without ac compressor or steering pump removal-just the pulley)...found broken spring from rt. phaser and tensioner on lft. side stuck closed....about 3 fingers worth of slack in chain....gonna replace water pump while it's easy to get to....I took a couple pics, I'll TRY to load them...
