Honestly, I'm not a big fan of flat black cars, but I like the idea...
I think I could just plastidip the chrome bumpers and plastidip the bottom color (tan). And the fender trim. Then it'll be green and black and it would match with black rims. It'll be sort of a Hulk F150. Thanks for the post!

I've been thinking about doing the same..... Painting the Chrome to match.....I have been doing a little research and there are people out there that have plastidip'd the chrome then painted the plastidip to match.....

I can't say this will work, but the couple things i've read said it held up.... I may just try it this summer and see....

The plastidip an paint seems like a good method. And it seems like it would probably peel off if I wanted to make it look stock again

Id really like to get my 08's bumpers and the bottom part of the body and bed rhino lined. I think it would look bada** when I get some XD Addicts and new tires.

I want to get rid of my chrome bumpers too. My truck is white so I am going to give the white plasti-dip a shot. I saw some clear plasti-dip the other day, so if the matte white looks funny I'll try clearing over it to make it match the glossy paint. If that still looks bad I'll just peel it all off, lol.

I am really busy right now, but when I get it done I will post up pics.

No problem greenf1502007. Make sure to post some pictures after you paint them
