Default Paint grille to match body??

I'm thinking about painting the grille on my '04 FX4 white to match my paint. Has anyone done this or have pics of it. I'm just not sure how it will look.

i also have a white f150 and have that grille. Idk if i would myself but i would like to see how it looks. I would say go for it, the worst thing is that you could have to take it off and paint it black again

I did a quick PS job on it. I didn't do the honeycomb part of the inside of the bars. I don't think it looks too bad. If you did the honeycomb and all of the bars it would be too much.

WOW, total contrast!
But I have wondered the same myself. I would need a pro to paint it.
Would have to rough up the finish for the paint to stick.
Might have to go Rousch like. Gotta have some chrome.

Photoshop Eh? Nice to be able to change colors or see the outcome without actually doing it...

Yeah that is what is nice about photoshop. You can find out what it will look like.

STX-part of it might be the fact that it looks more silver than white. Plus I did a terrible job.

Ok so my problem wasn't the same as yours but its still the same idea I have an 06 lariat the grille that was a golden champaign color and I painted mine black to black it out... here's a before and after I would say go for it if you mess up you can alway paint the whole thing black again
