Headers Exhaust Intake Pros Vs Cons
Hey Guys,
New to this forum!
Wanted to say hello to every here.
So I purchased a new 07 F150 last week and I wanted to see what people have done to there F150’s to increase a little power & performance with out killing fuel mileage. I was thinking about Headers, Intake, and Exhaust. That’s your guys experience with these?
I have the 07 F150 5.4 4X4 Crew Cab.

Welcome to the site!
You will gain more if you went with a tuner before headers. Since headers really don't do nearly as much for our trucks unless they had a supercharger.
