so one bad plug caused all this? did you use autolite or motocraft?

I guess so. Funny though, the plug wasn't bad, it was original. The "bad" part of the plug was the nut that you take it out with. It rounded off when I tried to take the plug out. I eventually had to use the aforementioned extractor.

I just decided to change the plugs after recently hearing about all the problems.
