I have a 2006 scab and the check engine light came on yesterday with p0053 for the o2 sensors it says it's bank 1/ sensor 1. Does that mean its driver side or passenger side and front or back o2 also is the anything I should check before changing the o2 sensor

Bank 1 sensor 1 is the upstream sensor (before the cat) on the passenger side.
