Default P0012 5.4 3v

Hi. My Ford F150 5.4 3v 2004 throws up a bug after a while P0012. I exchanged new phasers, new solenoid, new complete timing set, new oil pump, new cylinder heads, new cam sensor. I also changed the oil pump as well as dropped the oil pan and cleaned out the oil suction tube.

Did you change all those things to get rid of the p0012, or did the code show up after changing parts?
Did you use genuine ford parts?

If you are getting the code after changing everything I'd take off the oil fill tube and inspect the fingers on the phaser to see if one is bent.
If that passes inspection I'd start to suspect maybe the timing is off by 1 tooth on bank 1

It happened after a hard braking. Then she jumped P0012. That's why the parts changed. Original Ford parts.
I did the timing 3 times. Timing is ok.
He will never do it cold. The engine runs beautifully and after heating and adding gas, the RPM drops to 400-500. Then it appears P0012.

There is no service for such a car in my country.
No mechanic can fix the car. I have to fix it myself and I've run out of ideas. Thank you for every idea.
Sorry for my English

What brand of parts did you use? I've heard of bad results with brand new off brand parts.
what weight oil do you use? Personally I would use 5w30 synthetic oil minimum. In north america ford specs out 5w20 but that doesn't work well for many of us to give enough oil pressure for proper vct operation.

maybe inspect the wiring to the cam sensor make sure there's no abrasions or corrosion in the connector that could give faulty readings.

400 rpms seems really low maybe that's just not high enough for good oil pressure. I think mine idles around 550rpm warmed up in gear.

Did you drop the oil pan and clean out any pieces of timing chain guide? I’m wondering if that braking moved some trash up to the oil pump pickup. Phasers act funny when they don’t get oil pressure to them.

Olej 5w20.

Oil 5w20. No dirt there was an engine beautifully clean. Today I tested the truck and while driving it happened several times, as if the cylinder had escaped. sometimes he lost his strength and then sometimes he got angry at idle and jumped p0012. Also, is it possible that I'm examining p0012 and it seems, due to the low speed, that the oil pressure drops?

Yes the VCT system operates with oil pressure, so if you don't have enough pressure things don't work correctly.
I would change to 5w30 synthetic, or even 0w40 synthetic. This can only improve your oil pressure at idle.
