It is a real pain to deal with them. I just installed cab lights on my 05 and let me tell you the rails are the hardest part. They are very strong and difficult to move. You will need a flat head screwdriver and once you remove the screws holding it in place take the screwdriver and tap the rail forward till it falls. Putting them back is near to impossible.
