Default bi xenon problem

I have a bi xenon hid kit. When I turn on the hids both my low beams won't fire up. (Drls are disabled) if I switch my high beams on they light up and then put lever back to low beam setting after they were fired up from HB's the LB's work. It all worked fine up untill this weekend. Any ideas?

Hmm that's really odd, I'd start out by checking all your wiring out and make sure that's straight. Do you have a relay harness attached to them? Could maybe be the relay acting up.

do you have the HIDs that have a halogen bulb for high beams? Or are yours the design that uses electro-magnets to pull the HID bulb into itself to operate the high beam.

Because if you have the first kind your ballast or HID bulb could be out or have faulty wiring.

If you have the second kind it is most likey a wiring issue. Because they only ignite once and thats at first turn on. When high beams are flashed the bulbs dont recieve any different signal that just move a little bit.

If you dont know just post a link up of where you bought them or a picture. We can help out.

They are the bi xenon one bulb for high and lows. And both low beams stopped firing up at the same time. Gotta go to highbeams first for the low beam to ignite

Do you have a relay kit or are you running firectly off the factory harnesses? If you are running off the factory harness I bed the ballasts are not getting enough power from the low beam circuit to initiate. They require more power to start up then trickle off.

Now your low beams maybe have a factory wiring issue. But I would still put my money on the HID wiring.
