Default Optimum Gear ratio for 5.4 on 35s

My 2004 F-150 FX4 has 3in skyjacker with 35x12.50R17. The engine is a 5.4L and I am running 3.73 stock gears at the moment and looking to get some better gas mileage and torque to go with to improve my trucks performance on the road and offroad. I was looking between getting 4.11 or 4.56. Let me know for ideas.

4:56 if you do mostly city and off road if you do a lot of highway 4:10.

If you really want to upgrade gears do 4.56. The jump from 3.73 - 4.10 wouldn't be worth the $1k price tag IMO
