Opinions on level/lift
Saw a Autospring brand level lift on ebay for $189 and some change! It is a 2.5" strut spacer with a replacement 3" block replacing 1.5" one! I saw that some of the other kits say will not fit FX4 well this one does! I was wondering what the difference between regular f150's and the FX4 one is and is that a reasonable price?

i dont think there is any differences between them, except the fx4 comes with better shocks then other f150s.
the price seems decent, but when it comes to ebay stuff i do get skeptical... but all in all, the front spacer is just a metal spacer, any should do. i went with hbs cause of the price and lots of other guys use them. and the rear block i would avoid, id go with a aal kit instead. skyjacker has a 1.5" kit that will give you the same lift that block will, without the chance of warping the axle. and prices arent bad, $69-79 for hbs level, and $150 for the aal. go on autoanything.com and you can probably get it cheaper with a coupon.

AAL is always a better choice than a bigger block...but a block is cheaper and harder on your rear end.
