Default One Piece Spark Plugs - Make / Part #

New member introduction completed in "Introductions"
.
I'm a very recent buyer of a one owner a 2007 5.4L with 27,000 miles (Build date 5/07). I'm going to change the plugs and I understand that there are one piece plugs available to replace the two piece plug design. I've searched this forum and others, but I'm confused as to what plugs are one piece.

is this a one piece plug - SP-546

Would you guys be neighborly to take the time to list the one piece spark plugs available with part number.

The SP-546 Motorcraft plugs are the only ones you should buy to replace what is in your engine. And yes. They are one piece. (BTW, just 27,000 miles?)

Closer picture

Didn't break a single one (that clean one, I took sandpaper to it for no real reason)

SirBlackSpots

Thank you for the response. Ok, so my choices are:
MC SP-546 (one piece) - Recommended
Brisk Silvier Racing part number unknown
Champion 7989 (one piece) -

Yes, 27,000 miles one owner, serviced regular by a Ford dealer - $12,000.

If you use anything other than Motorcraft plugs in your engine, you will regret it.

Motorcraft plugs are 2 piece. Always have been. SP546 is still 2 piece but it’s the 3rd vision of the plug. The crimp and collar has been updated so they don’t break anymore. If It’s the first plug change, have a lisle tool on hand. Don’t forget to torque new plugs in 25-28 ft-lbs.

And like others have stated... If you put anything other than Motorcraft plugs in, expect misfires down the road.

Thanks guys.
First update then will be MC SP-546 plugs. Whereas my truck only has 27,000 miles using precaution they should come out without breaking. I'll get the Lisle tool kit to have ready in case.
