Ok, so I found the fuse and replaced it (thank you for the help on that BTW). Now, to this point in time, I have changed the fuel pump; fixed the OBDII port, and replaced as coil and spark plug we found to be not firing. It runs a little better and idles ALOT better, but when you give it a surge of gas it still spudders pretty bad... any ideas?

 

If you changed the fuel pump, the cardinal rule is to change the fuel filter at the same time, was that done?
