Default oil pressure loss ques

I have mentioned. On another post about my pass side chain loose and 6 months ago I replaced my timing parts.. ( coiles) can a tensioner cause pressure loss to 18 paid if seal is shot . Also are the tensioners have a left and right mark on them. When I installed them I just installed them with out checking to see that... what other causes can cause oil pressure loss I'm seeing the needle move on my aftermarket gauge move 3 psi at idle back and forth . Occasionaly

There is a right and left tensioner but I did not look for the differences. On the passengers side if you take off the oil fill tube you might can see if the tensioner is leaking at idle?

If you twist the fill tube the whole thing will come off the valve cover. Can't remember how far you can see down like that I was doing it to see the phaser as I manually turned over the motor. Good luck!
