K, this may sound like a stupid question but I just purchased my truck and usually do my own maintenance but I don't know about the newer models. I have an 06' F150 4.6 V8. I was wondering what oil it calls for, such as 2w20 ect...and how many quarts? I also was wondering if anyone recommends a certain type of fuel injector cleaner to use every so often?

Use Motorcraft oil & filter(not sure about capacity,check owners manual).
I use Techron fuel system cleaner after each oil change.

i use mobile1 fully synthetic 5w20 i belive with a mobile1 filter
the oil capacity is in you owners manual and the type of oil is on your oil cap

Check but I think it's 6 quarts for the 4.6L. The 5.4L gets 7 quarts.
I run a can of BG in mine every 7K miles. Cost a little more than what you can get at advance or pepboys.
