Default Odd noise coming from radio

When the radio turns on I get a weird deep crackling noise that I believe is coming from the sub then when I shut off the truck and open the door theres a noise that's almost like a low piano key it's not every time but most times anyone know what is causing it I'm pretty sure it's coming from the sub

That happens a lot when amplifiers are about to go/going bad. I don't know why but that has been my experience. It could also simply be an issue with your ground and/or positive power wires at the amp or wherever the wiring harness takes it to the other end.

I had a noise like that before from my subwoofer. It was caused by a loose rca cable coming out of the amplifier.

It should be mounted on the outside of the factory subwoofer enclosure. You might have to remove a bolt to get at it. If it's not the factory enclosure I would suggest checking all connections at the amplifier AND behind the stereo. If you notice that it is not factory a common place to mount an aftermarket amp in our trucks is behind the back seat or under the front seats.
