well still chasing demons....installed the other vct, pulled coils 5,6,7,8 double checked all, checked plug torque, all good. Started up felt ok, then again....rpms lower starts shaking. Same codes as before.
Freeze frame shows p0356 being the first culprit.Still want to check plug toque passengers side.
Also went ahead and replaced maf,my buddies 06 read 5-5.8 or so and mine was in high 6s to mid 7s, had 2 from amazon that were no good, only thing local parts house had was the carquest brand no change.
what should spark advance read at idle?? I noticed like in the pics above it read high 20s sometimes more but with cam sensors unplugged it reads lower.....dunno

Idle speed is controlled by the PCM based on a number of things - and idle speed makes quiet a difference in Grams/Sec MAF air flow. Mine will idle down to around 590-600 after cold soak start. MAF ~ 5.5 to 5.8. When it is at full South Texas hot idle it will increase to 660-700 and MAF will be 6.5 to 7.5.

I say again - P035x codes are "ELECTRICAL" or "ELECTRONIC" in nature and not fuel/air - compression oriented. Concentrate on _HOW_ does that PCM fail to see +12 volts on the COP control wire when it want's to fire #6, or _HOW_ does it fail to see 'current draw' in that COP control circuit when the PCM grounds the COP control wire to start the firing process, or - _HOW_ does the PCM fail to see the 'reverse EMF' kick (a couple hundred volts for a couple of microseconds) when the Coil fires the plug? You may be tracking this down to a failing component in the PCM circuitry for cylinder 6 COP. Could even be intermittent and/or heat related.

Will try to check wiring this week(end), also I will recheck that specific plug for fire again.
